Description
The HDMI 1.4 specification introduces a new “Micro” connector which is approximately 50% smaller than the previous “Mini” connector and roughly the size of a Micro USB connector. This “Type D” connector still contains the full 19 pin array like other full size HDMI connectors yet packs it into a much smaller form factor. Although smaller in stature, it still supports 4K, 1080p, HDTV. It takes the signal from your cell phone or tablet and displays it on your big HDMI equipped HDTV.
